The carpet is crummy, the kitchen counters and floor old and damaged and I had to scrape what I assumed was food off the kitchen cabinets.
They did not build this place with insulation. I understand that you may hear some things from a neighbor but you can hear everything. Other apartments I've lived in I couldn't hear my neighbors because there was insulation between the walls. This has been the most expensive and the most not worth your money place I've ever lived. They do not have proper security anybody that lives the door opened or is coming through the can just walk in without living here. Other apartments have security guards in case of an emergency.
